What can AIEC do for you, for no charge?

  1. Inform you of Australian AQF CRICOS study courses, study options and pathways for all cities, regions, education levels.
  2. Referrals to registered Australian Migration Agents Registration Authority  migration agent for permanent residency PR study pathway, skills assessment and residency application advice
  3. Submit study application(s) including Recognition of Prior Learning RPL credit exemptions assessment and application, plus certify documents .
  4. Liaise with Australia, direct with Admissions Officers and International Administrators, to receive offer from institutions and explain fees (up to half year) and compulsory OSHC student insurance, and follow up on formal Confirmation of Enrolment after payment of fees direct to institution.
  5. Advise and arrange accomodation, airport pick up, other travel, cultural  and entry advice
  6. Direct you through visa process online (Assessment Level AL1), and if AL2 or 3, liaise with Embassy Visa Officers.
  7. Follow up during studies to assist with issues or queries on further study pathways.

New eVisitor Visa for Europeans From 27 October 2008 eligible passport holders from the EU and other European ETA eligible countries will be able to apply for an eVisitor. eVisitor is for travellers seeking to visit Australia for business or tourism purposes for up to three months. The Internet ETA application will no longer be available to eligible European passport holders, however access will not change through travel agents and airlines.

New permission to work arrangement for student visa holders People granted student visas on or after 26 April 2008 will receive permission to work with their visa grant. This will apply to both the primary student and any family members travelling with them on their student visa. As a result, most student visa holders will no longer need to apply separately in Australia for permission to work.

In 2008 AIEC will be using virtual channels and tools to assist candidates in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Turkey, Austria and Germany. The next phase will include Iranians in Europe, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, The Baltics and selected other countries.
